Meet the Administrative Team
at Creative Environment!
Here at CECLC, our Administrators are dedicated to serving our community by providing the highest quality child care services. We understand the ever-changing needs of families and we strive to meet them by providing a unified support system that has each child's best interest at heart. We consider each family to be a part of the CECLC family.
I am so excited to be here and have the opportunity as Interim Executive Director. Some fun facts about me, I am a fraternal twin as well as a Taurus. I am originally from Albany born and raised. I moved out to Rochester during Covid for a different job and fell in love with the area, I previously worked as a recruiter for a staffing agency. As well as doing scheduling and other office duties. I worked as a teacher assistant and a lead teacher for five years when I was in college as well.
Thank you all for accepting me into this position. I am excited to partner with the staff and create a warm, inviting, structured learning environment for your children. I foresee great things in the future. Please feel free to stop by the office with any questions or concerns you may have.
Margaret came to Creative in May of 2019 after moving back to the area from Kansas. Margaret lives in Palmyra with her husband, Dale, of 34 years and enjoys spending time outdoors and working on her rat rod. Margret is a proud mother of two children and has been blessed with 2 grandsons and twin grand-daughters.
She is a favorite among the children and staff here at CECLC! Margaret has spent time in all of our programs, however, primarily assists in our UPK program and leads our School-Age II classroom. She loves to get involved in the children's play and engages in hands-on activities with the children. Don't be surprised if you see her playing kickball on the hill or elbow deep in a sensory bin!
Margaret is an integral part of CECLC and we love having her share her experiences with us!
Our Nutritional Coordinator, Luiza, came to us in June 2007. She was born and raised in Albania but relocated to the United States in 1997. Luiza and her sons, Spiro and Aleksandri, settled in Palmyra after buying their home in 2005.
Besides being a mother, Luiza is blessed to be called Nana by her beautiful granddaughter Delilah. Luiza loves spending as much time as possible with Delilah and enjoys teaching her to cook, dance and speak in Albanian.
Luiza has many years of experience in the food industry. She worked at both the Blue Ribbon restaurant and the Rose Corner Restaurant and Bakery.
Besides preparing all of our meals, doing the shopping and ordering of our supplies, Luiza keeps the kitchen impeccably clean.
Luiza tells us "I am so proud to have witnessed all of the children growing up throughout the years. My favorite part of the job has been taking care of the children as if they are my own. I am happy to serve Creative Environment to the best of my ability. I am very grateful for this opportunity and for a job I enjoy doing. I go home pleased with the outcome of my job!"
The children love her very much. Hearing little voices excitedly squealing "Miss Luiza!" is a daily occurrence here at CECLC!
Outside of CECLC, Luiza spends time singing and dancing, and spending time with her very dear friend Betty.
